Finding it difficult to get it all back in line. It's a process. Despite the increase in weight, my intake is now much more level than it had been. Amazing how an 'ignored' 200-300 calorie snack just sabotages the stuffing out of you.

I can identify with that, got to goal and then for several months just wasn't where I needed to be mentally with keeping up with it. It is a process for sure and we only fail if we give up. Hang in there with it, you know what to do.
