Diet going great! Never Hungry... loosing weight consistently. However BS not doing well. Frustrated...
211.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

941 kcal Fat: 37.60g | Prot: 79.67g | Carb: 76.20g.   Breakfast: Almonds, Oranges, Dannon light & fit Carmel Apple Pie. Lunch: Progresso Traditional Beef Barley Soup, Carl Buddig Deli Thin Honey Turkey Lunch Meat, Flatout Light Italian Herb Flatbread. Dinner: Heinz 57 Steak Sauce, Kroger Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins, Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, Kroger Diced Ham (Water Added), Great Value Romaine Lettuce. Snacks/Other: Nice!
