Nice little drop :) I do believe I'm finding the sweet spot in this program. My appetite returned, thanks to the holiday splurges, and I think I'm getting a handle on hunger signals again. It was nice never *feeling* hungry, but it was unhealthy in that I wasn't getting nutrients I needed. I've had a 'weekend' in the middle of my week...an extra day off. It's nice after the holiday madness! I took a nap yesterday for the first time in months. Have a great end of the week, buddies! ~Kes
