great progress considering I feel I have scoffed all week on way too many snacks, need better planning and prepare good in advance, chin up and postivity for the up coming week ☺
224.0 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
