I lost a HUGE amount of weight since yesterday, but not enough. Saturday is my "major weekly weigh-in day", because it's also Indulgence Day and I will gain a good chunk in the days to follow. So if I am to record a new, lowest weigh-in it will typically be on Saturdays. However, this time I gained 900 grams instead of losing them. I'm not surprised. My weight has been acting weird all week, and I haven't had the usual patterns.
However, it's no biggie. I am super happy that I know that I am doing right, fat percentage is lower than it's ever been before, and it's all good. I am sure next week will be better. We'll see.
Today is Indulgence day. I will be stuffing myself with 3600 calories, and it won't be too difficult. We're going for Chinese food tonight, celebrating mine and Wife's birthdays. It's gonna be fun.
