Greetings Best Buddies,
I chose to log this weight drop today - and hope it is a "real" loss - we shall see as the next week progresses forward if it holds true for me.
My workouts have been productive often spending nearly 45 minutes of the hour in the high orange and red heart rate zones which helps with the post-exercise calorie burn.
It also will be important I work hard to stay with my food plan if I want to see continued progress.
