Surprised I went down after the weekend. I really need to work on consistency, especially on weekends. And that every small choice matters. Example, if I have a brat at a cook out, don't have the potato salad or whatever unhealthy items accompany it. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.
My goal for this upcoming week is to drink 100 ounces of water/day. I'm so bad at remembering to drink water regularly. Looking to form a new habit.
