well that's a bit disappointing 😕 totally blew it on calories 1 day but thought I burned enough calories to compensate for it.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes it can take 3-5 days for the extra “water weight” to dissipate after a salt or carb heavy day. Don’t get too down on yourself. 😎
