Weight Up a little due to my overfeed ( its not a cheat meal - i have 2 pieces of fudge saturday and sunday for my cheat food ;) ) ready for 2 heavy training days across Thursday and Friday im not concerned with the gain at all as it will be mainly water . My overfeed was basically a huge bowl of oats with a scoop of pink sun natural protein powder and some extra sugar :) . I also ate quite late which will tilt the scales too .
