still not in a happy place . but i am really trying to get to grips with my diet again. so best foot forward they say . and lets see what tomorrow brings
209.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kind thoughts for you 🙏🏼 bless you. Do you think we munch because it blocks out other stuff that hurts, that escapism !! And we know when we’re on track that cheers us on!! It’s usually the monsters and their vile words that destroy us, keep going my lovely ; the monsters tend to get bit on the bum eventually( and not by us in a food frenzy 😂)
