I'm not sure this number is quite accurate, as the scales were playing up. However it will be close enough that it made me rethink all the bad habits I've slipped back into. back onto the counting and hopefully next week I will see a difference!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
