Oceangirl, thank you!🌸 I had so much to do at work I had to call it off, and I didn’t take a lunch yesterday, and I am going back to work today.🙃 I don’t hate or even dislike my job, but I am overwhelmed lately. When people ask me what’s up I say my stress levels. 😁

I relate to 'Bless me Father for I have sinned...' Been dieting since the middle of December and lost 9 lbs. Was so happy about it I had a piece of cheesecake that I had gotten free. It will go in the trash tomorrow. I will resist it till then so I don't have to say "forgive me Father, for these gains I am about to receive". Yes, my weight was up today even though I ate no breakfast and hardly any dinner. Love your sense of humor.

Thank you Nikina,💪 I hope you are too!!! IF is how I lost my weight and I’ve kept off most of it. I have gained since Thanksgiving for I am nibbling at night again and not drinking water! Love IF, but have not returned to it, I truly need to!💪
I believe it’s mostly not eating at night like I use to. Need to drink water instead of snacking!!! Easy to do, but there’s an evil person in me that has been stronger lately!!!😁 Have a Spectacular Saturday!🌺
