You could move your scale to the bathroom & if daily weighins won't work, weigh once a week on your day off. Just continue to get your steps in & eat as healthy as you can!

The only truth that matters is yours. Excuses are for other people. You know your life and you possibilities better than any of us. Be true to yourself and adapt where you can. Make your mornings less stressful by laying out clothes and food packed for breakfast and lunch the night before. If being healthy was easy everyone would be fit.

We leave the house hopefully before 6am and get home 7:30 - 8pm, leaving absolutely so little time, throws everything off.🙃

I always weigh about 4am to 5, like Tom says, before breakfast, before coffee, I am pretty scared to change it. I know I have too though for now. 😟🙃👍 Thanks 😊

John, I love getting up early 👍 it’s the rushing and rushing and rushing, driving me crazy! Thank you, it just seems Covid has effected every part of life for everyone. Can’t even get the truck fixed till parts are shipped. Challenging, but I haven’t loss sight of our blessings.😊
