Yesterday went HORRIBLE! I was actually doing okay most of the day, and had calculated all my foods, so we could order dinner from the pizza place. I usually order a "Durum roll", which is a large tortilla with meat and lettuce rolled into it. But last minute, I decided on a pizza. I was gonna eat about haft, to save on the calories. Well, I ended up eating 7 of the 8 sliced. I am really angry with myself and disappointed that I lost control. VERY disappointed. The punishment came immediately. I am feeling bad, I am bloated, I can't poop, I am gassy AND I GAINED THREE FRICKIN' POUNDS! On top of that, because of the bloating and gas, I slept really bad. Of course, it is not three pounds of fat. I know that. But it is three pounds nonetheless. I feel like weeks of hard work is wasted. I hope tomorrow will show better results. Gotta keep going. I am close to my goal and we must keep moving. I am back on track today. Life is good.
