I need all the motivation and encouragment that I can get with this so thank you in advance!

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the bike today
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If u need motivation why not make this like journal where you post everyday workout etc, u will gain enough accountability and support
