We are traveling now and I didn't bring my scale. So, I'll carry my last weight forward until I return. Even though I'm trying to be good, I expect a gain upon my return in two weeks.
After a month of reckless behavior, I managed to put together a decent week and, lo and behold, my weight responded accordingly. It's as if my body wants to gravitate to a normal weight, but can't because I interfere. Go figure!
