I don't normally 'weigh in' this soon, but it was a good loss, and coupled with the fact that I went out Saturday (beers and bad food), and then went to the pub last night (many beers !!) and the weight still went down. I honestly expected to be 1kg heavier !! It's obviously from all the good work over the last few weeks (mostly :) ) Thought I'd 'carve it in stone' here before it inexplicably goes up tomorrow ;)
