Lol I ate mod pizza yesterday and still managed to go down in weight 😆 I was worried when I was on top of the scale today. I have to stop being so guilty tbh
168.8 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
