Was getting frustrated because it had been over a month (6 weeks, to be exact) where I wasn't seeing any progress. It seemed to be only the last two weeks when I started losing. It might be walking outside, but recently has been upping my protein. Not only does it help me feel full, but also it helps me not be hungry later. Hard boiled eggs. Spaghetti squash with everything. A good, low-calorie, filler. I'm also weighing most things. Also, modified IF, not eating until noon really helps.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weight and measure everything, 40-60 minutes of steady state cardio everyday and lift 3day split. Stay in a calorie deficit and you’ll see results
