I'm pretty amazed I haven't gained weight after eating general tao, chicken nuggets, and dark chocolate covered coffee beans all day yesterday....
103.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
