A little further weight loss today - I have now lost 27.5 kgs - a little more than 60 lbs. Damn proud!
Today, I don't really have too much to write here. I just wanted to weigh in and do a little mandatory journaling.
I am fully convinced that writing in my journal keeps me on track, and this is essential, but sometimes there just isn't that much to write about. :) That's okay. I am sure my MANY readers will understand. lol...
Anyhow, have a great day, my friends, I know I will have a great day. Keep doing right, keep having your weight loss project sitting in the back of your head so you stay focused on it, and make sure you have plenty of fun along the way.
