Down today.

Breakfast today is Life cereal (1 cup) along with coffee. I eat the cereal with a fork to allow the milk to fall back into the bowl.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
