Hot damn! This is too cool. I have been struggled with a little fluctuation this last week, but it is definitely over! I have lost more than 1 kg. since yesterday!
Last night I had a great dinner. It was a curry vegetable thing I found on this website. It was really good, though I did need to re-spice it a little. It tasted great, and I will definitely make it again.
I think it also helped that I went swimming again. I did not go the first two scheduled times this week for various reasons that you can read about it my other journals.
Anyways, I will keep this short and sweet today - just wanted to check it, write a little (to keep my weight loss journey fresh in my mind as always) and brag about the weight loss! :)
