136.5 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1728 kcal Fat: 50.02g | Prot: 56.80g | Carb: 268.02g.   Breakfast:  Double Cream,  Grated Cheddar Cheese, Tesco Plain Tortilla Wraps,  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) ,  Golden Syrup,  Semolina made with Milk. Dinner: Bird's Custard, Aunt Bessie's Bramley Apple Crumble,  Coleslaw , Tesco Beef Meatballs,  Boiled Potato (without Peel, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate,  Apples ,  Plums . more...
