Thank you omshawf and bubblegum14! I am think I am in right set of mind this year. All my life I tried different diets, afterwards have been putting more weight. In the beginning this year my weight was 116 kg. And one day I understood I can not breathe, and feeling like my body started braking to pieces. In 4 weeks of June this year I lost 13 kg. Not intentionally but because I been sick, very unwell with high temperature up to 40°C and not eating. I don't want to stop losing extra weight.
