Got weighed after eating & drinking so not the best time. I’d say I may have only put 1lb on really but not too bad, still have a great overall loss this week. Got legs bums and tums class in the morning. Wish me luck
213.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
