The post-indulgence day weight gain is in! Nothing to worry about - it's always like that.
I have, however, decided to take a week without Indulgence Day, and see if this can move me forward a little.
I don't think the Indulgence Day is the problem. The problem is more (I think) that I am low on my calories most days (even for my I.D. calculations) and when I get to a day or two before Indulgence Day, then I get the crazy cravings, and I end up giving in. It happened Friday, and I am so annoyed with this.
So, this week I am upping my calories to 2000, and I'm gonna do a more serious affort to actually REACH 2000, daily. I will try to do it reasonably well, in regards to my food choices, but will leave room for a little fun too. Just not TOO much fun.
Let's see what happens.
Today, I am thankful for: - and AWESOME day in Copenhagen with Wife. - Sleeping late! - Greek Restaurant in Copenhagen, and able to stop eating when I was satisfied, even if the food was über delish! - Rockin' with Burnin' Live all day today.
Life is good!
