Been awol for awhile because I got a new phone and still adding all the apps and transferring info. Still trying to eat healthy and exercising. Hoping I can keep it up when I’m on holiday for a month. Different food and time zone . We will see.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
