So I got a new I scale for Christmas and when I weighed myself on it I had gone up. Or maybe it was the Christmas dinner? Might weigh myself on old scale just to see. Seriously thinking that I should join the gym again now that we have snow and I can’t get out for my walks. ( very cautious since I’ve had two broken kegs and ankles)

Good luck, yeah, i think it might be worth it to invenst in a gym and a professional trainer who can give you exercises you can do at home too.
