Starting over. 2nd week of IF, 16:8. Amazingly, it's not hard to follow. I'm drinking yerba mate tea throughout the day, which probably helps supress hunger - and because it's caffeine, it gives me more energy all day long.
This week, in addition to IF - I'm going to try and count calories, too. One thing about IF is that it's supposed to help regulate hormones. That might be why I'm feeling better.
Hopefully I'll post in a week and see what happens.
