Hi All more sad news for me. Firstly, Jim died, 3nd my sister in laws Mother passed away last week. now my best friends dad passed away Tuesday. so feeling pretty low at the moment. anyone on this site going through the same, I am here for you all. much love Merry Mel ❤️

Hi All lovely people. How are u all doing? I weighed myself this morning, and last week, I was 130 lbs this week, 127 lbs. I forgot to record this. Hope you all have done well. I started this Fatscreats in 2018. I weighed 115 lbs. only needed to those 0ne lb. But I was very much still here. My weight has shot up since those's days. Still, it doesn't matter as I have met many good, kind, loving friends on this site. Much love to you all. Merry Mel ❤️

Hello Everyone, I have just had a gas scare two days ago. I was up late, and the boiler banged. The man came out and disconnected my gas as the hob was leaking gas, too. Anyway, my landlord and landlady came yesterday and sorted out a person to come with a hob and fit it. Next Thursday. Luckily, I have my air fryer. also a kettle to wash up. A wash for me at the moment is either Doynings after swimming. Or an old fashioned basin full of hot water and a body wash with a sponge or cloth. For a week!!!. ( please don't come to close to my photo it might smell, well they don't call me S' melly Melly for nothing 🤣😅😂). Waiting for the yoga ladies for a cuppa. I did aerobics. much ❤️ Everyone.
