Wow, another lb! Of course I don't expect to keep this up, you almost always lose the most weight the first week of a diet. It's mostly water weight - from crying, LOL! Actually, I haven't been crying or even craving that much - I actually went all day yesterday without having any chocolate! Darn that Ash Wed. being on Valentine's Day, but whatever. I survived it, and I'm NOT going on a chocolate binge today to make up for it, either. I remember the 12 reasons I posted for wanting to lose weight, one of them is "I want to feel like I'm in control of my food instead of food controlling me." Yep, and that will be important for maintenance when I get there - and I WILL get there!
