I have been gaining weight even though I was training and eating right. It never really bothered me because I knew that once I start to build lean muscles I will burn fats and start to see some weight going down. Even though I was not loosing, my clothes were fitting better. I also looked better on the mirror. After two weeks of hard weight training and high protein intake I have lost 1.3kg. I hope to be stable and not loose too much too soon. As much as I want to loose weight, My intention is to do it the correct way without loosing muscle tone. Ps: I am quite tall at 1.75cm. I wear size 36/34 currently
184.5 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
