Oops! Evidently I gained more than a pound. I had Chebe rolls, a croissant and sweet potato fries yesterday morning plus açaí sorbet. I hope to cut out croissants and fries today.
107.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
