I hope to avoid dairy and chocolate today.
105.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1661 kcal Fat: 58.42g | Prot: 66.65g | Carb: 217.94g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Strawberries, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Harris Teeter Tandoori Chicken Kebab, White Rice, Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Oil and Vinegar. Dinner: Sockeye Salmon , Tartar Sauce, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Broccoli, Schwan's Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Sambazon Organic Acai Puree, Fresh & Easy Breakfast Potatoes, Coffee with Sugar, Sweet Potato Fries. more...
