So I'm back again after a long time. I was 101kg when I left, I was blessed with another baby boy so I had to stop. About 8 days ago I was 122kg, so I have already lost 10kg so far. Thanks to the cardiac arrest and the GM diet. I'm now on day 5 of the GM, hopefully it'll yield some more results.
246.9 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
