It looks like a day of ups and downs.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1681 kcal Fat: 59.72g | Prot: 54.80g | Carb: 233.59g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Chicken Breast, Mixed Salad Greens, Trader Joe's All Natural Uncured Beef Hot Dogs, Spanish Rice, Spinach. Dinner: Stouffer's Simple Dishes Macaroni & Cheese, Grape Juice, Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Apricots, Pamela's Figgies and Jammies, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Iced Coffee, Goodie Girl Mint Slims. more...
