I set my "How closely followed" to poorly, as yesterday was not Indulgence Day. Today is. However, this week it'll be kind of two days - Daughter's 18th birthday WILL be affecting my weight loss journey. :)
It's okay, it happens once in her life, and we ARE throwing some good stuff into the calorie mix too.
Today will be a short, short journal, I hope to write more tomorrow. If not, then I will definitely be fully back here on Monday.
I gained 1 lb, 500 grams, after yesterdays sushi adventure. I'm thinking it's partially food, partially calories and ESPECIALLY the soy sauce doing this to me. It's okay. It'll be gone in no time.
