I'm really unclear if I can have a blintz on my diet, but I'm trying
106.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1660 kcal Fat: 67.69g | Prot: 52.92g | Carb: 216.07g.   Breakfast: Butter, Golden Apple Blintzes, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Orange Juice, Applesauce Unsweetened, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Applebee's Sweet Potato Fries, Habit Burger Lettuce Wrap Charburger. Dinner: Starbucks Iced Green Tea (Venti), Tartar Sauce, Spinach, Yellow Summer Squash, Baked or Broiled Trout. Snacks/Other: Bisquick Gluten Free, Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, So Delicious Original Coconut Milk, Coffee, Pamela's Figgies and Jammies. more...
