I weighed in .5 pounds over this week, but am pleased because I worked my way down from 3 pounds during the week. This process can be slow what with the gains happening every now and then, but I am psyched because I am sticking with it and my goal for next week is to lose weight.........Happy new Year
156.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
