I guess that I had too much to drink on Friday. Now I appear to have lost weight but I've lost ground a little. I hope to progress.
105.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1508 kcal Fat: 50.77g | Prot: 66.54g | Carb: 200.85g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Against the Grain Gluten Free Baguette. Lunch: Potato French Fries, Turkey Burger, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner: Udi's Classic French Dinner Roll, Tuna in Water (Canned), Green Peas (Frozen), Mixed Salad Greens, Apple Juice. Snacks/Other: Tomato Soup (Prepared with Water), Trader Joe's Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana, Coffee with Sugar. more...
