Same weight same overall goal. I wish that I could get closer.
106.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1688 kcal Fat: 49.61g | Prot: 56.17g | Carb: 236.00g.   Breakfast: General Mills Rice Chex Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Broccoli, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Bob Evans Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Dinner: Grape Juice, Grape Juice, Cornbread (from Mix), Chicken Breast, Thousand Island Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: Dove Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises (1), Kraft Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Coffee with Sugar, Tortilla Corn Chips, Trader Joe's Chunky Salsa. more...
