Continued with fast after 5 p.m. My only snack which did have sugar in it was some Clancy's S'mores snack balls my husband bought on are way home from the Moose. Weighed on home scale again; hope it's correct.

Good luck. Fasting must be difficult. I can't try it because I'm afraid of hypos. Need to keep close track of my glucose. Keep up the good work.

I cheated last night. I'm going back to eating dinner between 6:00 & 6:30 p.m. I'm making a promise to myself not to snack after dinner. FS friends call me on it, if I break that promise!
