Oh here is a tip for the bread craving. I keep a loaf of Hovis Nimble in the freezer. Only 61 calories a slice. 1 (or 2!) of them toasted with a thin scraping of peanut butter might get you over the hump with minimal damage done!

Thanks Bunty. Yes I do like hovis bread, usually have wheatgerm which is similar in calories. I love peanut butter too!
