I'm disappointed that I gained weight. It was probably the extra pizza in addition to tuna for dinner.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1689 kcal Fat: 66.37g | Prot: 77.15g | Carb: 206.41g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Domino's Pizza Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza. Lunch: Minute Maid Lemonade (20 oz), Sabra Classics Hummus Singles, Lamb Shish Kabob with Vegetables. Dinner: Green Peas (Frozen), Frito-Lay Classic Potato Chips, Udi's Gluten Free Deli Soft Rye Style Bread, Bananas, Tuna in Water (Canned). Snacks/Other: Iced Coffee, Dove Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises (1), Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Brownie Bites, Coffee. more...
