I hope to make progress on my diet today.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1516 kcal Fat: 61.50g | Prot: 49.93g | Carb: 201.59g.   Breakfast: Harris Teeter Blueberries, Simple Truth Gluten Free Blueberry Waffles, Coffee with Sugar, Bananas, Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice. Lunch: Sweet Pickle Relish, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Frito-Lay Classic Potato Chips, Spinach. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Green String Beans, Farmer's Market Butternut Squash, Wal-Mart Tilapia Fillets, Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy Ice Cream. Snacks/Other: Trail's End Classic Caramel Corn, Coffee. more...
