Oops! I feel bad adding weight, probably from pizza. I tried it on impulse along with onion rings and made a mistake. Now I need to get more excercise.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
