Got out the Cardio Glide, dusted it off and spent two 30 minutes sessions on it. What a difference this makes. Part of the daily routine now. Dad's birthday today and we are going out for dinner, this will be challenging. Maybe three thirty minute sessions on the Cardio Glide.
