Well, my brother in law stopped over and I had 6 beers. So, I only had a small salad for dinner and was active during the day. Not a sensible way to lose weight. Lost one pound even though I had a little over 2000 calories. Need to eat a more balanced meal today with 120 oz. of water. No Brewskies
312.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
