Need to jump on the wagon today, too many birthday parties and not eating healthy foods. Friday night sisters 50th birthday last night uncles 74th birthday party. Today Salad, fruit exercise and a sensible dinner.
316.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
